Will the City of Framingham Get Its Flag Someday?
When the city makes that move, there is some good advice to follow. Here is a light hearted, amusing and totally marvelous video on the arcane art of flag design.
Every now and then I come across a great video which is relevant to some facet of Framingham government and community activities. I plan to let subscribers know when I find one. This is just for subscribers and will not be posted in other media.

My personal opinion is that the City of Framingham is not quite ready for a flag, as it still seems to be in quite a state of flux, with its government heading in one direction, and the community in another. Take solar installations as an example. It is obvious that residents are going gang busters on solar panels for their roofs, while the city still has just one operational solar installation at McAuliffe library branch. The arrays at Fuller and Brophy have yet to become operational and no other solar installations are in the pipeline, although we have dozens of other potential sites at schools and other city buildings.
Here is the video! Enjoy!
