This is an excellent article. I attended two of the recent City Council meetings. They seem hell bent on proceeding due to what they call fairness to the greater Framingham community without any study or analysis of the financial impacts on infrastructure ( schools, police, fire, sewage, traffic, etc). We have 200 units at Windsor Green. 194 on 1 meter and 6 on a separate meter.
Thanks for this correction. I have updated the article. Most of the numbers and all of the arguments remain intact after the correct numbers are used.
